Welcome

Society Hill is located at Brunswick Rd off Daniel Webster Hwy in Merrimack, NH. This lovely community of 262 garden style and townhouse units is just moments from Route 3—an easy commute north to Manchester, or south to Nashua or Boston.

Chimney Inspections

If you have a working fireplace, you must have an annual chimney inspection and submit it no later than October 31st each year. If your fireplace is not in use, or has been replaced with a gas insert, an annual statement of fireplace non-use may be submitted in lieu of an inspection report. (See Fireplace Non-Use)

Trash Procedures

Trash must be placed inside receptacles, not beside them. Please toss your trash to the far back of the container—if a container is full, find another! Disposal of prohibited items increases expense for the Association. The following items are prohibited: Computers, Furniture, Construction Debris, Exercise Equipment, Hazardous Chemicals&Paint

Consider using Merrimack‘s Transfer Station for disposal of these items. We count on everyone to keep costs down & maintain property appearance.

Landscaping

Morin's is our landscape maintenance provider. They have provided a notice concerning the materials and methods used in their Lawn Care Program  pdf icon

Please, when pulling your car into your space, be mindful not to pull the front end of the car over the curb as this impacts the grass, irrigation heads and mowing efforts.

Flowers and plantings should be placed at least 8” from the edge of the bed or shrubbery. If a planting is not flowering, please mark it with a plant stick to identify it. Excessive plantings must be maintained by the unit owner.

Parking

One of the most frequent complaints that we receive pertains to parking. Vehicles are not permitted to park on any roadway except for Bernards Rd., facing downhill toward Middlesex Rd., or Galloway Rd. for the purpose of loading or unloading a vehicle.
